WORK EXPERIENCE

Project Officer – GiveDirectly Malawi (September 2020 – Present)

  • Managed various projects, including the Standard Retail Program, Covid-19 Cash Distribution, Canva Cash Distribution, Cash for Climate (C4C), Cyclone Ana Relief Project, NFSP in Dedza, and Power of Nutrition in Balaka and Ntcheu.
  • Demonstrated project coordination, team leadership, and planning skills.
  • Conducted sensitization meetings, facilitated trainings, and reported daily on project activities.
  • Strengthened operationalization of the results framework, developed indicator definitions, and led monitoring and evaluation planning and execution.
